As our items are made to order and mostly personalised and customised handmade products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, it is in our best interest for you to be happy with the products you received. Please get in touch with us, within 7 days of receiving the item, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
